- Salary £26,000-£34,990 (DOE)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join a growing fashion manufacturer based in Leicester. This role is ideal for a commercially minded designer with experience across all areas in clothing and accessories, looking to develop within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll be working closely with key retail accounts and internal teams, supporting the design and development of trend-led, commercially viable product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for apparel and accessories across adult and childrenswear
Develop new concepts and product ideas aligned with customer needs
Create presentations for internal teams and external clients
Manage brand approvals with support from the team
Produce accurate, production-ready artwork for sampling
Raise and track samples through to approval
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Support new business development, including liaising with brand owners
Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams
Attend customer meetings where required
Maintain critical path updates and complete associated admin
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role (apparel/accessories)
Degree in Fashion, Graphic Design, or similar
Strong CAD, graphic, and presentation skills
Experience designing for high street or supermarket retailers
Exposure to branded products is advantageous
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of trends
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with brands beneficial
